pinctrl: actions: remove MODULE_LICENSE in non-modules

Since commit 8b41fc4454e ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations are used to identify modules. As a consequence, uses of the macro in non-modules will cause modprobe to misidentify their containing object file as a module when it is not (false positives), and modprobe might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message. So remove it in the files in this commit, none of which can be built as modules. Since recently, the kernel is nagging about mutable irq_chips: "not an immutable chip, please consider fixing it!" Drop the unneeded copy, flag it as IRQCHIP_IMMUTABLE, add the new helper functions and call the appropriate gpiolib functions. pinctrl: Get rid of duplicate of_node assignment in the drivers

GPIO library does copy the of_node from the parent device of the GPIO chip, there is no need to repeat this in the individual drivers. Remove these assignment all at once. For the details one may look into the of_gpio_dev_init() implementation.
