[ Upstream commit fb21116099bbea1fc59efa9207e63c4be390ab72 ] "family" is an enum, thus cast of pointer on 64-bit compile test with clang W=1 causes: phy-bcm-ns-usb3.c:206:17: error: cast to smaller integer type 'enum bcm_ns_family' from 'const void *' [-Werror,-Wvoid-pointer-to-enum-cast] This was already fixed in commit bd6e74a2f0a0 ("phy: broadcom: ns-usb3: fix Wvoid-pointer-to-enum-cast warning") but then got bad in commit 21bf6fc47a1e ("phy: Use device_get_match_data()"). Note that after various discussions the preferred cast is via "unsigned long", not "uintptr_t". phy: usb: Toggle the PHY power during init

When bringing up the PHY, it might be in a bad state if left powered. One case is we lose the PLL lock if the PLL is gated while the PHY is powered. Toggle the PHY power so we can start from a known state. phy: Switch back to struct platform_driver::remove()

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove() return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for platform drivers. Convert all platform drivers below drivers/phy/ to use .remove(), with the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As .remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer. While touching these files, make indention of the struct initializer consistent in several files.
