The memory allocator passed to __unflatten_device_tree() (e.g. a wrapped kzalloc) can fail so add the missing sanity check to avoid dereferencing a NULL pointer. An empty __dtb_start to __dtb_end section might result in initial_boot_params being null for arch/mips/ralink. This showed that the boot process hangs indefinitely in of_scan_flat_dt(). of/fdt: mark hotpluggable memory

When movable nodes are enabled, any node containing only hotpluggable memory is made movable at boot time. On x86, hotpluggable memory is discovered by parsing the ACPI SRAT, making corresponding calls to memblock_mark_hotplug(). If we introduce a dt property to describe memory as hotpluggable, configs supporting early fdt may then also do this marking and use movable nodes. of/serial: move earlycon early_param handling to serial

We have multiple "earlycon" early_param handlers - merge the DT one into the main earlycon one. It's a cleanup that also will be useful to defer setting up DT console until ACPI/DT decision is made.
