Fixes a "duplicate tag error for tag 0" firmware crash during controller
reset while setting up a  queue on Apple A11 / T8015 caused by stale
entries in the submission queue due to an invalid sq_tail offset after
reset.

Commit 03b3bcd319b3 ("nvme: fix admin request_queue lifetime") moved the
admin queue reference -&gt;put call into nvme_free_ctrl() - a controller
device release callback performed for every nvme driver doing
nvme_init_ctrl().

nvme-apple sets refcount of the admin queue to 1 at allocation during the
probe function and then puts it twice now:

nvme_free_ctrl()
  blk_put_queue(ctrl-&gt;admin_q) // #1
  -&gt;free_ctrl()
    apple_nvme_free_ctrl()
      blk_put_queue(anv-&gt;ctrl.admin_q) // #2

Note that there is a commit 941f7298c70c ("nvme-apple: remove an extra
queue reference") which intended to drop taking an extra admin queue
reference.  Looks like at that moment it accidentally fixed a refcount
leak, which existed since the driver's introduction.  There were two -&gt;get
calls at driver's probe function and a single -&gt;put inside
apple_nvme_free_ctrl().

However now after commit 03b3bcd319b3 ("nvme: fix admin request_queue
lifetime") the refcount is imbalanced again.  Fix it by removing extra
-&gt;put call from apple_nvme_free_ctrl().  anv-&gt;dev and ctrl-&gt;dev point to
the same device, so use ctrl-&gt;dev directly for simplification.  Compile
tested only.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org).

After discussion with the devicetree maintainers we agreed to not extend
lists with the generic compatible "apple,nvme-ans2" anymore [1]. Add
"apple,t8103-nvme-ans2" as fallback compatible as it is the SoC the
driver and bindings were written for.

The nvme virtual boundary is only required for the PRP format. Devices
that can use SGL for DMA don't need it for IO queues. Drop reporting it
for such devices; rdma fabrics controllers will continue to use the
limit as they currently don't report any boundary requirements, but tcp
and fc never needed it in the first place so they get to report no
virtual boundary.

Applications may continue to align to the same virtual boundaries for
optimization purposes if they want, and the driver will continue to
decide whether to use the PRP format the same as before if the IO allows
it.

Add support for ANS2 NVMe on Apple A11 SoC.

This version of ANS2 is less quirky than the one in M1, and does not have
NVMMU or Linear SQ. However, it still requires a non-standard 128-byte
SQE.

This commit fixes several typos and grammatical issues across various
nvme host driver files:

 - correct "glace" to "glance" in a comment in apple.c
 - fix "Idependent" to "Independent" in core.c
 - change "unsucceesful" to "unsuccessful", "they blk-mq" to "the blk-mq",
 - fix "terminaed" to "terminated" and other grammar in fc.c
 - update "O's" to "0's" to clarify meaning in nvme.h
 - fix a function name reference in a comment in zns.c:
   *_transter_len() -&gt; *_transfer_len().
 - fix sysfs_emit() output format in pci.c (replace x%08x with 0x%08x)

These changes improve the code readability and documentation consistency
across the NVMe driver.

<title>block: change blk_mq_add_to_batch() third argument type to bool</title>

Commit 1f47ed294a2b ("block: cleanup and fix batch completion adding
conditions") modified the evaluation criteria for the third argument,
'ioerror', in the blk_mq_add_to_batch() function. Initially, the
function had checked if 'ioerror' equals zero. Following the commit, it
started checking for negative error values, with the presumption that
such values, for instance -EIO, would be passed in.

However, blk_mq_add_to_batch() callers do not pass negative error
values. Instead, they pass status codes defined in various ways:

- NVMe PCI and Apple drivers pass NVMe status code
- virtio_blk driver passes the virtblk request header status byte
- null_blk driver passes blk_status_t

These codes are either zero or positive, therefore the revised check
fails to function as intended. Specifically, with the NVMe PCI driver,
this modification led to the failure of the blktests test case nvme/039.
In this test scenario, errors are artificially injected to the NVMe
driver, resulting in positive NVMe status codes passed to
blk_mq_add_to_batch(), which unexpectedly processes the failed I/O in a
batch. Hence the failure.

To correct the ioerror check within blk_mq_add_to_batch(), make all
callers to uniformly pass the argument as boolean. Modify the callers to
check their specific status codes and pass the boolean value 'is_error'.
Also describe the arguments of blK_mq_add_to_batch as kerneldoc.
