ntbm_msi_free_irq() and ntb_msi_peer_addr() were both added in 2019's
commit 26b3a37b9284 ("NTB: Introduce MSI library")
but have remained unused.

Remove them, and the ntbm_msi_callback_match() helper that
was used by ntbm_msi_free_irq().

Thomas says:
 "I just noticed that for some incomprehensible reason, probably sheer
  incompetemce when trying to utilize b4, I managed to merge an outdated

  Can you please revert that merge completely?"

Make use of the struct_size() helper instead of an open-coded version,
in order to avoid any potential type mistakes or integer overflows that,
in the worst scenario, could lead to heap overflows.

Also, address the following sparse warnings:
drivers/ntb/msi.c:46:23: warning: using sizeof on a flexible structure
