net: deprecate eth_change_mtu, remove usage

With centralized MTU checking, there's nothing productive done by eth_change_mtu that isn't already done in dev_set_mtu, so mark it as deprecated and remove all usage of it in the kernel. All callers have been audited for calls to alloc_etherdev* or ether_setup directly, which means they all have a valid dev->min_mtu and dev->max_mtu. Now eth_change_mtu prints out a netdev_warn about being deprecated, for the benefit of out-of-tree drivers that might be utilizing it. Of note, dvb_net.c actually had dev->mtu = 4096, while using eth_change_mtu, meaning that if you ever tried changing it's mtu, you couldn't set it above 1500 anymore. wl3501_cs: Add spinlock to wl3501_reset

Likely wl3501_reset should acquire spinlock as wl3501_{open, close}. One of calls of wl3501_reset has been already protected. The others were unprotected and might lead to a race condition. The patch adds spinlock into the wl3501_reset and removes it from wl3501_tx_timeout. cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_band

This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg
