bonding: prevent potential infinite loop in bond_header_parse()

[ Upstream commit b7405dcf7385445e10821777143f18c3ce20fa04 ] bond_header_parse() can loop if a stack of two bonding devices is setup, because skb->dev always points to the hierarchy top. Add new "const struct net_device *dev" parameter to (struct header_ops)->parse() method to make sure the recursion is bounded, and that the final leaf parse method is called. Quieten a gcc (11.3.0) build error or warning by checking the function call status and returning -EBUSY if the function call failed. When built with Control Flow Integrity, function prototypes between caller and function declaration must match. These mismatches are visible at compile time with the new -Wcast-function-type-strict in Clang[1]. Fix a total of 32 warnings like these: ../drivers/net/wireless/cisco/airo.c:7570:2: warning: cast from 'int (*)(struct net_device *, struct iw_request_info *, void *, char *)' to 'iw_handler' (aka 'int (*)(struct net_device *, struct iw_request_info *, union iwreq_data *, char *)') converts to incompatible function type [-Wcast-function-type-strict] (iw_handler) airo_config_commit, /* SIOCSIWCOMMIT */ ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The airo Wireless Extension handler callbacks (iw_handler) use a union for the data argument. With char becoming unsigned by default, and with `char` alone being ambiguous and based on architecture, we get a warning when assigning the unchecked output of hex_to_bin() to that unsigned char. airo: use eth_hw_addr_set()

Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all the writes to it got through appropriate helpers. Use dev_addr_set() to match the existing logic. setup_card() is always passed netdev->dev_addr, so pass the netdev pointer instead and assign the address using a helper there.
