net: wan/lmc: unregister device when no matching device is found

[ Upstream commit 62e69bc419772638369eff8ff81340bde8aceb61 ] lmc set sc->lmc_media pointer when there is a matching device. However, when no matching device is found, this pointer is NULL and the following dereference will result in a null-ptr-deref. To fix this issue, unregister the hdlc device and return an error. drivers: net: lmc: fix case value for target abort error

[ Upstream commit afb41bb039656f0cecb54eeb8b2e2088201295f5 ] Current value for a target abort error is 0x010, however, this value should in fact be 0x002. As it stands, the range of error is 0..7 so it is currently never being detected. This bug has been in the driver since the early 2.6.12 days (or before). wan: lmc: Switch to using managed resources

Use managed resource functions devm_kzalloc and pcim_enable_device to simplify error handling. Subsequently, remove unnecessary kfree, pci_disable_device and pci_release_regions. To be compatible with the change, various gotos are replaced with direct returns and unneeded labels are dropped. Also, `sc` was only being freed in the probe function and not the remove function before the change. By using devm_kzalloc this patch also fixes this memory leak. None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include . Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next.
