net: usb: sr9700: remove code to drive nonexistent multicast filter

[ Upstream commit 9a9424c756feee9ee6e717405a9d6fa7bacdef08 ] Several registers referenced in this driver's source code do not actually exist (they are not writable and read as zero in my testing). They exist in this driver because it originated as a copy of the dm9601 driver. Notably, these include the multicast filter registers - this causes the driver to not support multicast packets correctly. Remove the multicast filter code and register definitions. Instead, set the chip to receive all multicast filter packets when any multicast addresses are in the list. net: usb: r8152: Use linkmode helpers for EEE

Make use of the existing linkmode helpers for converting PHY EEE register values into links modes, now that ethtool_keee uses link modes, rather than u32 values. Rework determining if EEE is active to make is similar as to how phylib decides, and make use of a phylib helper to validate if EEE is valid in for the current link mode. There are some exotic ax88772 based devices which may require functionality provide by the phylink framework. For example: - US100A20SFP, USB 2.0 auf LWL Converter with SFP Cage - AX88772B USB to 100Base-TX Ethernet (with RMII) demo board, where it is possible to switch between internal PHY and external RMII based connection.
