This patch
- makes mdio_device.c part of libphy
- makes mdio_device_(un)register_reset() static
- moves mdiobus_(un)register_device() from mdio_bus.c to mdio_device.c,
  stops exporting both functions and makes them private to phylib

This further decouples the MDIO consumer functionality from libphy.

Note: This makes MDIO driver registration part of phylib, therefore
      adjust Kconfig dependencies where needed.

<title>Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument</title>

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

<title>treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types</title>

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Last user dsa_loop has been migrated away from modalias-based matching,
so we can remove this feature now. It was the only user of MDIO_NAME_SIZE,
so remove also this constant.

Change fwnode_property_read_u32() in mdio_device_register_reset()
to device_property_read_u32(), which is more appropriate here.

Make mdio_device_unregister_reset() truly reverse
mdio_device_register_reset() by setting the internal fields to
their default values.

Unify the handling of the per device reset properties for
`mdio_device`.

Merge mdio_device_register_gpiod() and mdio_device_register_reset()
into mdio_device_register_reset(), that handles both
reset-controllers and reset-gpios.
Move reading of the reset firmware properties (reset-assert-us,
reset-deassert-us) from fwnode_mdio.c to mdio_device_register_reset(),
so all reset related initialization code is kept in one place.

Introduce mdio_device_unregister_reset() to release the associated
resources.

These changes make tracking the reset properties easier.
Added kernel-doc for mdio_device_register/unregister_reset().

The functions mdiobus_register_gpiod() and mdiobus_register_reset()
handle the mdio device reset initialization, which belong to
mdio_device.c.
Move them from mdio_bus.c to mdio_device.c, and rename them to match
the corresponding source file: mdio_device_register_gpio() and
mdio_device_register_reset().
Remove 'static' qualifiers and declare them in
drivers/net/phy/mdio-private.h (new header file).

Make mdio_device_bus_match() the default match function for non-PHY
MDIO devices. Benefit is that we don't have to export this function
any longer. As long as mdiodev-&gt;modalias isn't set, there's no change
in behavior. mdiobus_create_device() is the only place where
mdiodev-&gt;modalias gets set, but this function sets
mdio_device_bus_match() as match function anyway.
