After m68k's task_thread_info() doesn't refer to current,
it's possible to remove sched.h from interrupt.h and not break m68k!

* remove asm/atomic.h inclusion from kref.h -- not needed, linux/types.h
  is enough for atomic_t
* remove linux/kref.h inclusion from files which do not need it.
