6pack: drop redundant locking and refcounting

[ Upstream commit 38b04ed7072e54086102eae2d05d03ffcdb4b695 ] The TTY layer already serializes line discipline operations with tty->ldisc_sem, so the extra disc_data_lock and refcnt in 6pack are unnecessary. Removing them simplifies the code and also resolves a lockdep warning reported by syzbot. The warning did not indicate a real deadlock, since the write-side lock was only taken in process context with hardirqs disabled. 6pack: remove global strings

They are __init, so they are freed after init is done. But this obfuscates the code. Provided these days, we usually don't print anything if everything has gone fine, drop the info print completely (along with now unused and always artificial SIXPACK_VERSION). net: handle HAS_IOPORT dependencies

In a future patch HAS_IOPORT=n will disable inb()/outb() and friends at compile time. We thus need to add HAS_IOPORT as dependency for those drivers requiring them. For the DEFXX driver the use of I/O ports is optional and we only need to fence specific code paths. It also turns out that with HAS_IOPORT handled explicitly HAMRADIO does not need the !S390 dependency and successfully builds the bpqether driver.
