Now that the 32bit UP oddity is gone and 32bit uses always a sequence count, there is no need for the fetch_irq() variants anymore. Convert to the regular interface. We tell driver developers to always pass NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT as the weight to netif_napi_add(). This may be confusing to newcomers, drop the weight argument, those who really need to tweak the weight can use netif_napi_add_weight(). Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all the writes to it got through appropriate helpers. Read the address into an array on the stack, then call eth_hw_addr_set().
