Commit dae2e9f430c46c29e3f771110094bd3da3625aa4 changed dev_alloc_skb() to netdev_alloc_skb(), adding a dev pointer, but erroneously used "->" instead of "." for a struct member when accessing the dev pointer. This change fixes the build breakage. Signed-off-by: Chris Metcalf

Use eth_hw_addr_random() instead of calling random_ether_addr() to set addr_assign_type correctly to NET_ADDR_RANDOM.
