Simon reported that ndo_change_mtu() methods were never updated to use WRITE_ONCE(dev->mtu, new_mtu) as hinted in commit 501a90c94510 ("inet: protect against too small mtu values.") We read dev->mtu without holding RTNL in many places, with READ_ONCE() annotations. forcedeth: Fix an error handling path in nv_probe()

If an error occures after calling nv_mgmt_acquire_sema(), it should be undone with a corresponding nv_mgmt_release_sema() call. Add it in the error handling path of the probe as already done in the remove function. We tell driver developers to always pass NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT as the weight to netif_napi_add(). This may be confusing to newcomers, drop the weight argument, those who really need to tweak the weight can use netif_napi_add_weight().
