<title>net: ethernet: mtk_eth_soc: add support for Wireless Ethernet Dispatch (WED)</title>

The Wireless Ethernet Dispatch subsystem on the MT7622 SoC can be
configured to intercept and handle access to the DMA queues and
PCIe interrupts for a MT7615/MT7915 wireless card.
It can manage the internal WDMA (Wireless DMA) controller, which allows
ethernet packets to be passed from the packet switch engine (PSE) to the
wireless card, bypassing the CPU entirely.
This can be used to implement hardware flow offloading from ethernet to
WLAN.

Improve the build testing of mtk_eth drivers by enabling them when
COMPILE_TEST is selected. Moreover COMPILE_TEST will be useful
for the driver development.

<title>treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'</title>

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

This adds the driver for the MediaTek STAR Ethernet MAC currently used
on the MT8* SoC family. For now we only support full-duplex.
