of_find_node_by_path() acquires a reference to the node
returned by it and that reference needs to be dropped by its caller.
This place doesn't do that, so fix it.

Prevent drivers from building on PPC32 if they use isa_bus_to_virt(),
isa_virt_to_bus(), or isa_page_to_bus(), which are not available and
thus cause build errors.

If we enable or disable xgbe flow-control by ethtool ,
it does't work.Because the parameter is not properly
assigned,so we need to adjust the assignment order
of the parameters.

The xgbe_init() routine returns a return code indicating success or
failure, but the return code is not checked. Add code to xgbe_init()
to issue a message when failures are seen and add code to check the
xgbe_init() return code.

Newer hardware does not provide a cumulative payload length when multiple
descriptors are needed to handle the data. Once the MTU increases beyond
the size that can be handled by a single descriptor, the SKB does not get
built properly by the driver.

The driver will now calculate the size of the data buffers used by the
hardware.  The first buffer of the first descriptor is for packet headers
or packet headers and data when the headers can't be split. Subsequent
descriptors in a multi-descriptor chain will not use the first buffer. The
second buffer is used by all the descriptors in the chain for payload data.
Based on whether the driver is processing the first, intermediate, or last
descriptor it can calculate the buffer usage and build the SKB properly.

Tested and verified on both old and new hardware.

At the end of the loop we test "if (!count)" but because "count--" is
a post-op then the loop will end with count set to -1.  I have fixed
this by changing it to --count.

Pull more power management and ACPI updates from Rafael Wysocki:
 "The only new feature in this batch is support for the ACPI _CCA device
  configuration object, which it a pre-requisite for future ACPI PCI
  support on ARM64, but should not affect the other architectures.

  The rest is fixes and cleanups, mostly in cpufreq (including
  intel_pstate), the Operating Performace Points (OPP) framework and
  tools (cpupower and turbostat).

  Specifics:

   - Support for the ACPI _CCA configuration object intended to tell the
     OS whether or not a bus master device supports hardware managed

   - kfree()-related fixup for the recently introduced CPPC cpufreq
     frontend (Markus Elfring).

   - intel_pstate fix reducing kernel log noise on systems where
     P-states are managed by hardware (Prarit Bhargava).

   - intel_pstate maintainers information update (Srinivas Pandruvada).

   - cpufreq core optimization related to the handling of delayed work
     items used by governors (Viresh Kumar).

   - Locking fixes and cleanups of the Operating Performance Points
     (OPP) framework (Viresh Kumar).

All drivers should be using dma_set_mask / pci_set_dma_mask to try to
set the dma mask instead of just querying it.  Without that some iommu
implementations may not work.

pci_dma_supported is removed entirely, but dma_supported stays for
dma_ops implementations for now.

This ensures the dma mask that is supported by the driver is recorded
in the device structure.
