net: ethernet: neterion: s2io: remove unused driver

The s2io driver supports Exar (formerly Neterion and S2io) PCI-X 10 Gigabit Ethernet cards. Hardware supporting PCI-X has not been manufactured in years. On x86, it was quickly replaced by PCIe. While it stuck around longer on POWER hardware, the last POWER hardware to support it was POWER7, which is not supported by ppc64le Linux distributions. The last supported mainstream ppc64 Linux distribution was RHEL 7; while it is still supported under ELS, ELS is only available for x86 and IBM Z. It is possible to use many PCI-X cards in standard PCI slots (which are still available on new motherboards), but it does not make sense to do so for 10 Gigabit Ethernet because the maximum bandwidth of standard PCI is only 1067 Mbps. It is therefore highly unlikely that this driver is still being used. Remove the driver, and move the former maintainer to the CREDITS file (restoring credit for the vxge driver, which was removed in commit f05643a0f60b ("eth: remove neterion/vxge"). The Ethernet MACs found on SpacemiT K1 appears to be a custom design that only superficially resembles some other embedded MACs. SpacemiT refers to them as "EMAC", so let's just call the driver "k1_emac". Supports RGMII and RMII interfaces. Includes support for MAC hardware statistics counters. PTP support is not implemented. Commit aa58bec064ab1622 ("net: ethernet: oa_tc6: implement register write operation") introduced a library that implements the OPEN Alliance TC6 10BASE-T1x MAC-PHY Serial Interface protocol for supporting 10BASE-T1x MAC-PHYs. There is no need to ask the user about enabling this library, as all drivers that use it select the OA_TC6 symbol. Hence make the symbol invisible, unless when compile-testing. net: ethernet: oa_tc6: implement register write operation

Implement register write operation according to the control communication specified in the OPEN Alliance 10BASE-T1x MACPHY Serial Interface document. Control write commands are used by the SPI host to write registers within the MAC-PHY. Each control write commands are composed of a 32 bits control command header followed by register write data. The MAC-PHY ignores the final 32 bits of data from the SPI host at the end of the control write command. The write command and data is also echoed from the MAC-PHY back to the SPI host to enable the SPI host to identify which register write failed in the case of any bus errors. Control write commands can write either a single register or multiple consecutive registers. When multiple consecutive registers are written, the address is automatically post-incremented by the MAC-PHY. Writing to any unimplemented or undefined registers shall be ignored and yield no effect. Both drivers/net/Kconfig and drivers/net/ethernet/Kconfig contain the same config entry: config SUNGEM_PHY tristate Commit f860b0522f65 ("drivers/net: Kconfig and Makefile cleanup") moved SUNGEM_PHY from drivers/net/Kconfig to drivers/net/ethernet/Kconfig. Shortly after it was applied, commit 19e2f6fe9601 ("net: Fix sungem_phy sharing.") added the second one to drivers/net/Kconfig.
