This patch is a simple implementation of 802.1q tagging in the vsc73xx
driver. Currently, devices with DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE are not functional.
The VSC73XX family doesn't provide any tag support for external Ethernet
ports.

The only option available is VLAN-based tagging, which requires constant
hardware VLAN filtering. While the VSC73XX family supports provider
bridging, it only supports QinQ without full implementation of 802.1AD.
This means it only allows the doubled 0x8100 TPID.

In the simple port mode, QinQ is enabled to preserve forwarding of
VLAN-tagged frames.

Both LAN9303 and LAN9354 have internal PHYs on both external ports.
Therefore a configuration without SMSC PHY support is non-practical at
least and leads to:

LAN9303_MDIO 8000f00.mdio:00: Found LAN9303 rev. 1
mdio_bus 8000f00.mdio:00: deferred probe pending: (reason unknown)

Quoting from commit 4223f8651287 ("net: dsa: mt7530: make NET_DSA_MT7530
select MEDIATEK_GE_PHY"):

Make MediaTek MT753x DSA driver enable MediaTek Gigabit PHYs driver to
properly control MT7530 and MT7531 switch PHYs.

A noticeable change is that the behaviour of switchport interfaces going
up-down-up-down is no longer there.

Now, the switch can be used without the PHYs but, at the moment, every
hardware design out there that I have seen uses them. For that, it would
make the most sense to force the selection of MEDIATEK_GE_PHY for the MDIO
interface which currently controls the MT7530 and MT7531 switches.

Different MT7530 variants require different PHY drivers.
Use 'imply' instead of 'select' to relax the dependency on the PHY
driver, and choose the appropriate driver.

Add driver for the built-in Gigabit Ethernet switch which can be found
in the MediaTek MT7988 SoC.

The switch shares most of its design with MT7530 and MT7531, but has
it's registers mapped into the SoCs register space rather than being
connected externally or internally via MDIO.

Introduce a new platform driver to support that.

Implement regmap access wrappers, for now only to be used by the
pcs-mtk-lynxi driver.
Make use of this external PCS driver and drop the now reduntant
implementation in mt7530.c.
As a nice side effect the SGMII registers can now also more easily be
inspected for debugging via /sys/kernel/debug/regmap.

There is no reason that I can see why the no-op tagging protocol should
be registered manually, so make it a module and make all drivers which
have any sort of reference to DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE select it.

Note that I don't know if ksz_get_tag_protocol() really needs this,
or if it's just the logic which is poorly written. All switches seem to
have their own tagging protocol, and DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE is just a
fallback that never gets used.

Adding support for the LAN9354 device by allowing it to use
the LAN9303 DSA driver. These devices have the same underlying
access and control methods and from a feature set point of view
the LAN9354 is a superset of the LAN9303.

The MDIO access method has been tested on a SAMA5D3-EDS board
with a LAN9354 RMII daughter card.

While the SPI access method should also be the same, it has not
been tested and as such is not included at this time.
