net: Don't include filter.h from net/sock.h

sock.h is pretty heavily used (5k objects rebuilt on x86 after it's touched). We can drop the include of filter.h from it and add a forward declaration of struct sk_filter instead. This decreases the number of rebuilt objects when bpf.h is touched from ~5k to ~1k. There's a lot of missing includes this was masking. Primarily in networking tho, this time. appletalk: use ndo_siocdevprivate

appletalk has three SIOCDEVPRIVATE ioctl commands that are broken in compat mode because the passed structure contains a pointer. Change it over to ndo_siocdevprivate for consistency and make it return an error when called in compat mode. This could be fixed if there are still users. ipv4: Prepare rtable for IPv6 gateway

To allow the gateway to be either an IPv4 or IPv6 address, remove rt_uses_gateway from rtable and replace with rt_gw_family. If rt_gw_family is set it implies rt_uses_gateway. Fields ->dev and ->next of struct ipddp_route may be copied to userspace on the SIOCFINDIPDDPRT ioctl. This is only accessible to CAP_NET_ADMIN though. Let's manually copy the relevant fields instead of using memcpy(). net: deprecate eth_change_mtu, remove usage

With centralized MTU checking, there's nothing productive done by eth_change_mtu that isn't already done in dev_set_mtu, so mark it as deprecated and remove all usage of it in the kernel. All callers have been audited for calls to alloc_etherdev* or ether_setup directly, which means they all have a valid dev->min_mtu and dev->max_mtu. Now eth_change_mtu prints out a netdev_warn about being deprecated, for the benefit of out-of-tree drivers that might be utilizing it. Of note, dvb_net.c actually had dev->mtu = 4096, while using eth_change_mtu, meaning that if you ever tried changing it's mtu, you couldn't set it above 1500 anymore. net: better IFF_XMIT_DST_RELEASE support

Testing xmit_more support with netperf and connected UDP sockets, I found strange dst refcount false sharing. Current handling of IFF_XMIT_DST_RELEASE is not optimal. Dropping dst in validate_xmit_skb() is certainly too late in case packet was queued by cpu X but dequeued by cpu Y The logical point to take care of drop/force is in __dev_queue_xmit() before even taking qdisc lock. As Julian Anastasov pointed out, need for skb_dst() might come from some packet schedulers or classifiers. This patch adds new helper to cleanly express needs of various drivers or qdiscs/classifiers. Drivers that need skb_dst() in their ndo_start_xmit() should call following helper in their setup instead of the prior : dev->priv_flags &= ~IFF_XMIT_DST_RELEASE; -> netif_keep_dst(dev); Instead of using a single bit, we use two bits, one being eventually rebuilt in bonding/team drivers. The other one, is permanent and blocks IFF_XMIT_DST_RELEASE being rebuilt in bonding/team. Eventually, we could add something smarter later.
