mux: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. After commit b8a1a4cd5a98 ("i2c: Provide a temporary .probe_new() call-back type"), all drivers being converted to .probe_new() and then commit 03c835f498b5 ("i2c: Switch .probe() to not take an id parameter") convert back to (the new) .probe() to be able to eventually drop .probe_new() from struct i2c_driver. mux: mmio: drop obsolete dependency on COMPILE_TEST

Since commit 0166dc11be91 ("of: make CONFIG_OF user selectable"), it is possible to test-build any driver which depends on OF on any architecture by explicitly selecting OF. Therefore depending on COMPILE_TEST as an alternative is no longer needed. It is actually better to always build such drivers with OF enabled, so that the test builds are closer to how each driver will actually be built on its intended target. Building them without OF may not test much as the compiler will optimize out potentially large parts of the code. In the worst case, this could even pop false positive warnings. Dropping COMPILE_TEST here improves the quality of our testing and avoids wasting time on non-existent issues. As a minor optimization, this also lets us drop of_match_ptr(), as we now know what it will resolve to, we might as well save cpp some work. drivers: remove struct module * setting from struct class

There is no need to manually set the owner of a struct class, as the registering function does it automatically, so remove all of the explicit settings from various drivers that did so as it is unneeded.
