treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union object instances: Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...) Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...) Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...) (where TYPE may also be *VAR) The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning "TYPE *". Signed-off-by: Kees Cook

mtd: Stop updating erase_info->state and calling mtd_erase_callback()

MTD users are no longer checking erase_info->state to determine if the erase operation failed or succeeded. Moreover, mtd_erase_callback() is now a NOP. We can safely get rid of all mtd_erase_callback() calls and all erase_info->state assignments. While at it, get rid of the erase_info->state field, all MTD_ERASE_XXX definitions and the mtd_erase_callback() function. mtd: slram: use memremap() instead of ioremap()

Convert slram to use memremap() to map the memory it uses to back an MTD device, as this is the proper interface for mapping memory. This change enables normal memory to be used to back an MTD device on arm64, as arm64 prevents ioremap() being used on normal memory.
