In the following patches we are going to remove various headers from sched.h and other headers that sched.h includes. To make those patches build cleanly prepare the scene by adding dependencies to various files that learned to rely on those to-be-removed dependencies. These changes all make sense standalone: they add a header for a data type that a particular .c or .h file is using. Now that %z is standartised in C99 there is no reason to support %Z. Unlike %L it doesn't even make format strings smaller. Use BUILD_BUG_ON in a couple ATM drivers. In case anyone didn't notice lib/vsprintf.o is about half of SLUB which is in my opinion is quite an achievement. Hopefully this patch inspires someone else to trim vsprintf.c more.
