get_function_0() calls pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot(), as comment
says, it returns a pci device with refcount increment, so after
using it, pci_dev_put() needs be called.

Get the device reference when get_function_0() is not called, so
pci_dev_put() can be called in the error path and callers
unconditionally. And add comment above get_dvsec_vendor0() to tell
callers to call pci_dev_put().

If device_register() returns error in ocxl_file_register_afu(),
the name allocated by dev_set_name() need be freed. As comment
of device_register() says, it should use put_device() to give
up the reference in the error path. So fix this by calling
put_device(), then the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup(),
and info is freed in info_release().

info_release() will be called in device_unregister() when info-&gt;dev's
reference count is 0. So there is no need to call ocxl_afu_put() and
kfree() again.

Fix this by adding free_minor() and return to err_unregister error path.

Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:

 - A series from Nick adding ARCH_WANT_IRQS_OFF_ACTIVATE_MM &amp; selecting
   it for powerpc, as well as a related fix for sparc.

 - Remove support for PowerPC 601.

 - Some fixes for watchpoints &amp; addition of a new ptrace flag for
   detecting ISA v3.1 (Power10) watchpoint features.

 - A fix for kernels using 4K pages and the hash MMU on bare metal
   Power9 systems with &gt; 16TB of RAM, or RAM on the 2nd node.

 - A basic idle driver for shallow stop states on Power10.

 - Tweaks to our sched domains code to better inform the scheduler about
   the hardware topology on Power9/10, where two SMT4 cores can be
   presented by firmware as an SMT8 core.

 - A series doing further reworks &amp; cleanups of our EEH code.

 - Addition of a filter for RTAS (firmware) calls done via sys_rtas(),
   to prevent root from overwriting kernel memory.

 - Other smaller features, fixes &amp; cleanups.

When OCXL is enabled and HOTPLUG_PCI is disabled, it results in the
following Kbuild warning:

  Depends on [n]: PCI [=y] &amp;&amp; HOTPLUG_PCI [=n] &amp;&amp; PPC_POWERNV [=y] &amp;&amp; EEH [=y]

  - OCXL [=y] &amp;&amp; PPC_POWERNV [=y] &amp;&amp; PCI [=y] &amp;&amp; EEH [=y]

The reason is that OCXL selects HOTPLUG_PCI_POWERNV without depending on
or selecting HOTPLUG_PCI while HOTPLUG_PCI_POWERNV is subordinate to
HOTPLUG_PCI.

HOTPLUG_PCI_POWERNV is a visible symbol with a set of dependencies.
Selecting it will lead to overlooking its other dependencies as well.

Let OCXL depend on HOTPLUG_PCI_POWERNV instead to avoid Kbuild issues.

Existing users of ocxl_link_irq_alloc() have been converted to obtain
the trigger page of an interrupt through xive directly, we therefore
have no need to return the trigger page when allocating an interrupt.

It also allows ocxl to use the xive native interface to allocate
interrupts, instead of its custom service.

We can access the trigger page through standard APIs so let's use it
and avoid saving it when allocating the interrupt. It will also allow
