kgdbts: fix return value of __setup handler

[ Upstream commit 96c9e802c64014a7716865332d732cc9c7f24593 ] __setup() handlers should return 1 to indicate that the boot option has been handled. A return of 0 causes the boot option/value to be listed as an Unknown kernel parameter and added to init's (limited) environment strings. So return 1 from kgdbts_option_setup(). Unknown kernel command line parameters "BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/bzImage-517rc7 kgdboc=kbd kgdbts=", will be passed to user space. kgdb: fix gcc-11 warnings harder

commit bda7d3ab06f19c02dcef61fefcb9dd954dfd5e4f upstream. 40cc3a80bb42 ("kgdb: fix gcc-11 warning on indentation") tried to fix up the gcc-11 complaints in this file by just reformatting the #defines. That worked for gcc 11.1.0, but in gcc 11.1.1 as shipped by Fedora 34, the warning came back for one of the #defines. Fix this up again by putting { } around the if statement, now it is quiet again. kgdbts current fails when compiled with restrict: drivers/misc/kgdbts.c: In function ‘configure_kgdbts’: drivers/misc/kgdbts.c:1070:2: error: ‘strcpy’ source argument is the same as destination [-Werror=restrict] strcpy(config, opt); ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As the error says, config is being used in both the source and destination. misc: kgdbts: Display progress of asynchronous tests

kgdbts includes a couple of different "thrashing" style tests that may have long runtimes (especially on simulated platforms) and which run asynchronously. This is uncomfortable for interactive use and makes setting timeouts tricky for automatic use. Fix by providing a optional means to show progress during these tests. Selecting 100 is somewhat arbitrary but it matches the step used on the synchronous tests, is large enough to keep the call to printk from invalidating the testing and is human enough to "feel about right". drivers/misc: make kgdbts.c slightly more explicitly non-modular

The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is: lib/Kconfig.kgdb:config KGDB_TESTS lib/Kconfig.kgdb: bool "KGDB: internal test suite" ...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone. Lets remove the modular code that is essentially orphaned, so that when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only. Since module_init translates to device_initcall in the non-modular case, the init ordering remains unchanged with this commit. We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information is already contained at the top of the file in the comments. We can't remove the module.h include since we've kept the use of module_param in this file for now.
