vfs: Convert cxl to use the new mount API

Convert the cxl filesystem to the new internal mount API as the old one will be obsoleted and removed. This allows greater flexibility in communication of mount parameters between userspace, the VFS and the filesystem. See Documentation/filesystems/mount_api.txt for more information. mount_pseudo(): drop 'name' argument, switch to d_make_root()

Once upon a time we used to set ->d_name of e.g. pipefs root so that d_path() on pipes would work. These days it's completely pointless - dentries of pipes are not even connected to pipefs root. However, mount_pseudo() had set the root dentry name (passed as the second argument) and callers kept inventing names to pass to it. Including those that didn't *have* any non-root dentries to start with... All of that had been pointless for about 8 years now; it's time to get rid of that cargo-culting... Signed-off-by: Al Viro

Thanks to Florian Weimer for reporting many of these. - A series to improve the hvc driver & related OPAL console code, which have been seen to cause hardlockups at times. The hvc driver changes in particular have been in linux-next for ~month. - Increase our MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS to 128TB when SPARSEMEM_VMEMMAP=y. - Remove Power8 DD1 and Power9 DD1 support, neither chip should be in use anywhere other than as a paper weight. - An optimised memcmp implementation using Power7-or-later VMX instructions - Support for barrier_nospec on some NXP CPUs. - Support for flushing the count cache on context switch on some IBM CPUs (controlled by firmware), as a Spectre v2 mitigation. - A series to enhance the information we print on unhandled signals to bring it into line with other arches, including showing the offending VMA and dumping the instructions around the fault.
