Clock device needs no separate devicetree node, so add it as a platform device. Other devices in the family also have controllable clocks, but due to the lack of testing, just add it for the TWL6032 now. After commit b8a1a4cd5a98 ("i2c: Provide a temporary .probe_new() call-back type"), all drivers being converted to .probe_new() and then 03c835f498b5 ("i2c: Switch .probe() to not take an id parameter") convert back to (the new) .probe() to be able to eventually drop .probe_new() from struct i2c_driver. mfd: twl: Fix TWL6032 phy vbus detection

TWL6032 has a few charging registers prepended before the charging registers the TWL6030 has. To be able to use common register defines declare the additional registers as additional module. At the moment this affects the access to CHARGERUSB_CTRL1 in phy-twl6030-usb. Without this patch, it is accessing the wrong register on TWL6032. The consequence is that presence of Vbus is not reported.
