<title>mfd: ipaq-micro/tps65010: Use str_enable_disable-like helpers</title>

Replace ternary (condition ? "enable" : "disable") syntax with helpers
from string_choices.h because:
1. Simple function call with one argument is easier to read. Ternary
operator has three arguments and with wrapping might lead to quite
   long code.
2. Is slightly shorter thus also easier to read.
3. It brings uniformity in the text - same string.
4. Allows deduping by the linker, which results in a smaller binary
   file.

Even default case should have a break statement to make code robust
against changes (e.g., adding a case after the default one).

Add missing break for the default case.

There is a warning reported by kernel test robot:

drivers/mfd/ipaq-micro.c:81:6: warning: unused variable ‘i’ [-Wunused-variable]

Since the commit 92d82d76c842 ("mfd: ipaq-micro: Use %*ph for printing
hexdump of a small buffer"), the variable 'i' is unused. Remove it to
silence the warning.

The kernel already has a helper to print a hexdump of a small
buffer via pointer extension. Use that instead of open coded
variant.

In long term it helps to kill pr_cont() or at least narrow down
its use.

Convert platform_get_resource(), devm_ioremap_resource() to a single
call to devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource(), as this is exactly
what this function does.

platform_get_irq() return negative value on failure, so null check of
irq is incorrect. Fix it by comparing whether it is less than zero.
