Instead of open coding each data structure with IRQ resources,
use dedicated macro.

In one case use DEFINE_RES_IRQ_NAMED() and DEFINE_RES_MEM_NAMED().

No functional change intended.

The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:

drivers/mfd/Kconfig:config MFD_INTEL_MSIC
drivers/mfd/Kconfig: bool "Intel MSIC

...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.

Lets remove the couple instances of module references, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

Since module_platform_driver() uses the same init level priority as
builtin_platform_driver() the init ordering remains unchanged with
this commit.

We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
is already contained at the top of the file in the comments.

As of commit 03e361b25ee8dfb1fd9b890072c23c4aae01c6c7 ("mfd: Stop setting
refcounting pointers in original mfd_cell arrays"), the "cell" parameter of
mfd_add_devices() is "const" again. Hence make all cell data passed to
mfd_add_devices() const where possible.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure, since commit 0998d0631001288a5974afc0b2a5f568bcdecb4d
(device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver is bound).
Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the device driver data to NULL.
