This patch adds the DMI system ID of the Kontron COMe-bBD#, COMe-bKL6, COMe-cKL6, COMe-bSL6 and COMe-cAL6 boards to the Kontron PLD driver. mfd: cpcap: Add minimal support

Many Motorola phones like droid 4 are using a custom PMIC called CPCAP or 6556002. We can support it's core features quite easily with regmap_spi and regmap_irq. The children of cpcap, such as regulators, ADC and USB, can be just regular device drivers and defined in the dts file. They get probed as we call of_platform_populate() at the end of our probe, and then the children can just call dev_get_regmap(dev.parent, NULL) to get the regmap. This hardware block could at used at same time for PWM generation and IIO timers. mfd: abx500-core: Allow driver to built if COMPILE_TEST is enabled

The driver only has runtime but no build time dependency with ARCH_U300 || ARCH_U8500 So it can be built for testing purposes if COMPILE_TEST option is enabled. This is useful to have more build coverage and make sure that the driver is not affected by changes that could cause build regressions. mfd: Add support for Allwinner SoCs ADC

The Allwinner SoCs all have an ADC that can also act as a touchscreen controller and a thermal sensor. For now, only the ADC and the thermal sensor drivers are probed by the MFD, the touchscreen controller support will be added later.
