Except for preventing build errors, there shouldn't be any conditionals in kernel drivers on __GENKSYMS__. Hence remove an #ifndef __GENKSYMS__ / #endif pair from the MPT Fusion driver. When driver debugging is not enabled, change the debug print macros to use the no_printk() macro. This fixes a gcc warning when -Wextra is set: ../drivers/message/fusion/mptlan.c:266:39: warning: suggest braces around empty body in an ‘else’ statement [-Wempty-body] I have verified that there is very little object code change (with gcc 7.5.0). tokenring: delete all remaining driver support

This represents the mass deletion of the of the tokenring support. It gets rid of: - the net/tr.c which the drivers depended on - the drivers/net component - the Kbuild infrastructure around it - any tokenring related CONFIG_ settings in any defconfigs - the tokenring headers in the include/linux dir - the firmware associated with the tokenring drivers. - any associated token ring documentation.
