Pull more power management updates from Rafael Wysocki:
 "These update the ARM cpufreq drivers and fix up the CPPC cpufreq
  driver after recent changes, update the OPP code and PM documentation
  and add power sequences support to the system reboot and power off
  code.

  Specifics:

   - Add Tegra234 cpufreq support (Sumit Gupta)

   - Clean up and enhance the Mediatek cpufreq driver (Wan Jiabing,
     Rex-BC Chen, and Jia-Wei Chang)

   - Fix up the CPPC cpufreq driver after recent changes (Zheng Bin,
     Pierre Gondois)

   - Minor update to dt-binding for Qcom's opp-v2-kryo-cpu (Yassine
     Oudjana)

   - Use list iterator only inside the list_for_each_entry loop
     (Xiaomeng Tong, and Jakob Koschel)

   - New APIs related to finding OPP based on interconnect bandwidth
     (Krzysztof Kozlowski)

   - Fix the missing of_node_put() in _bandwidth_supported() (Dan
     Carpenter)

   - Cleanups (Krzysztof Kozlowski, and Viresh Kumar)

   - Add Out of Band mode description to the intel-speed-select utility
     documentation (Srinivas Pandruvada)

   - Add power sequences support to the system reboot and power off code
     and make related platform-specific changes for multiple platforms
     (Dmitry Osipenko, Geert Uytterhoeven)"

As the potential failure of the devm_request_threaded_irq(),
it should be better to check the return value of the
setup_interrupts() and return error if fails.

The driver defined several functions related to handling of frequency
and voltage changes:
 - freq_post_notify_handling
 - freq_pre_notify_handling
 - volt_notify_handling

All these are static, not used inside or outside of driver, and marked
as unused with comment: "TODO: voltage notify handling should be hooked
up to regulator framework as soon as the necessary support is available
in mainline kernel. This function is un-used right now.".

These have been added with commit a93de288aad3 ("memory: emif: handle
frequency and voltage change events") in 2012 and are unused since then.
Additionally mentioned regulator and clock hooking did not happen since
then.  If it did not happen for nine years, let's assume it will not
happen suddenly now.

Remove all unused functions which also allows removal of "t_ck" static
variable "t_ck" and "addressing" member of private structure.

No functionality is lost.

Use DEFINE_SHOW_ATTRIBUTE macro to simplify the code.

Along with this change, we get additionally:
        .owner          = THIS_MODULE,
        .llseek         = seq_lseek,

1. The llseek method is used to change the current read/write position
in a file which can be ignored if you don't use it.
2. The owner is not even a method. Instead, it is a pointer to the
module that “owns” this structure; it is used by the kernel to maintain
the module's usage count which can be ignored.

Callers are generally not supposed to check the return values from
debugfs functions.  Debugfs functions never return NULL so this error
handling will never trigger.  (Historically debugfs functions used to
return a mix of NULL and error pointers but it was eventually deemed too
complicated for something which wasn't intended to be used in normal
situations).

Delete all the error handling.
