Use preferred device_get_match_data() instead of of_match_device() to
get the driver match data. With this, adjust the includes to explicitly
include the correct headers.

<title>memory: atmel-ebi: Annotate struct atmel_ebi_dev with __counted_by</title>

Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by
attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have
their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS
(for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family
functions).

As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct atmel_ebi_dev.

It is preferred to use typed property access functions (i.e.
of_property_read_&lt;type&gt; functions) rather than low-level
of_get_property/of_find_property functions for reading properties. As
part of this, convert of_get_property/of_find_property calls to the
recently added of_property_present() helper when we just want to test
for presence of a property and nothing more.

The device_node pointer is returned by of_parse_phandle() with refcount
incremented. We should use of_node_put() on it when done.

Early exits from for_each_available_child_of_node() should decrement the
node reference counter. Reported by Coccinelle:

  drivers/memory/atmel-ebi.c:593:1-33: WARNING:
Function "for_each_available_child_of_node" should have of_node_put() before return around line 604.
