media: remove unnecessary module_init/exit functions

Three media drivers have unnecessary module_init and module_exit functions that are empty or just print a message. Remove them. Note that if a module_init function exists, a module_exit function must also exist; otherwise, the module cannot be unloaded. This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union object instances: Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...) Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...) Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...) (where TYPE may also be *VAR) The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning "TYPE *". Signed-off-by: Kees Cook

media: v4l2: Rename second ioctl handlers argument to 'void *priv'

The second argument to the ioctl handlers is not a file handle any more. The standard practice is to name it 'void *priv' in drivers. Many drivers still name it 'void *fh', and a few use more exotic names. Replace those more exotic names with 'void *priv' in all media drivers. media: gspca: Add bounds checking to firmware parser

This sd_init() function reads the firmware. The firmware data holds a series of records and the function reads each record and sends the data to the device. The request_ihex_firmware() function calls ihex_validate_fw() which ensures that the total length of all the records won't read out of bounds of the fw->data[]. However, a potential issue is if there is a single very large record (larger than PAGE_SIZE) and that would result in memory corruption. Generally we trust the firmware, but it's always better to double check. In hdcs_init(), the return value of stv06xx_read_sensor() needs to be checked. A proper implementation can be found in vv6410_dump(). In set_frame_rate(), select a rate in rate_0 or rate_1 by checking sd->frame_rate >= r->fps in a loop, but the loop condition terminates when the index reaches zero, which fails to check the last elememt in rate_0 or rate_1. media: usb: drop vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish

Since commit 88785982a19d ("media: vb2: use lock if wait_prepare/finish are NULL") it is no longer needed to set the wait_prepare/finish vb2_ops callbacks as long as the lock field in vb2_queue is set. Since the vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish callbacks already rely on that field, we can safely drop these callbacks.
