During manual code audit, we found that cafe_pci_probe() enables the
PCI device with pci_enable_device(), and its probe error path properly
calls pci_disable_device() on failure.

However, cafe_pci_remove() tears down the controller and frees the
driver data without disabling the PCI device, leaving the remove path
inconsistent with probe cleanup.

Add the missing pci_disable_device() call to cafe_pci_remove().

aspeed_video_init() calls of_reserved_mem_device_init() to associate
reserved memory regions with the device. When aspeed_video_setup_video()
subsequently fails in aspeed_video_probe(), the error path frees the
JPEG buffer and unprepares the clocks but does not release the reserved
memory association, leaking the rmem_assigned_device entry on the global
list.

The normal remove path already calls of_reserved_mem_device_release()
correctly; only the probe error path was missing it.

Add the missing of_reserved_mem_device_release() call to the
aspeed_video_setup_video() failure cleanup.

On Mediatek devices with a system companion processor (SCP) the mtk_scp
structure has to be removed explicitly to avoid a resource leak.
Free the structure in case the allocation of the firmware structure fails
during the firmware initialization.

The vb2 framework hands buffers to the driver via buf_queue() before
calling start_streaming().  If start_streaming() returns an error
without first returning those buffers via vb2_buffer_done(),
vb2_start_streaming() fires WARN_ON(owned_by_drv_count) and the queued
buffers leak.

sun4i_csi_start_streaming() returned -EINVAL when no matching CSI
format could be found, before any setup (scratch buffer allocation,
pipeline start) had been performed.  The remaining error paths already
converge on the err_clear_dma_queue label, which calls
return_all_buffers(..., VB2_BUF_STATE_QUEUED) under csi-&gt;qlock.  Jump
to that label directly: the intermediate err_disable_device /
err_disable_pipeline / err_free_scratch_buffer labels are skipped,
which is correct because nothing they would undo has happened yet.

This mirrors the uvcvideo fix in commit 4cf3b6fd54eb ("media: uvcvideo:
Return queued buffers on start_streaming() failure").

get_framesize_raw_nv12() currently adds SZ_4K to the UV plane size and an
additional SZ_8K to the total buffer size. This inflates the calculated
sizeimage and leads userspace to over-allocate buffers without a clear
requirement.

Remove the extra SZ_4K/SZ_8K padding and compute the NV12 size as the sum
of Y and UV planes, keeping the final ALIGN(size, SZ_4K) intact.

Fix the command buffer size being only a quarter of the actual size.
The RGA_CMDBUF_SIZE macro was potentially intended to specify the length
of the cmdbuf u32 array pointer. But as it's used to specify the size of
the allocation, which is counted in bytes. Therefore adjust the macro
size to bytes as it better matches the variable name and adjust it's
users accordingly.

As the command buffer is relatively small, it probably didn't caused
an issue due to being smaller than a single page.

When hfi_session_flush is issued, all queued buffers are returned to
the V4L2 driver. Some of these buffers are not processed and have
bytesused = 0. Currently, the driver marks such buffers as error even
during drain operations, which can incorrectly flag EOS buffers.

Only capture buffers with zero payload (and not EOS) should be marked
with VB2_BUF_STATE_ERROR. The check is performed inside the non-EOS
branch to ensure correct handling.
