<title>media: synopsys: hdmirx: replace macros with bitfield variants</title>

The era of hand-rolled HIWORD_UPDATE macros is over, at least for those
drivers that use constant masks.

Replace the UPDATE macro with bitfield.h's FIELD_PREP, to give us
additional error checking.

Also, replace the HIWORD_UPDATE macro at the same time with the new
FIELD_PREP_WM16 macro in hw_bitfield.h, which also gives us additional
error checking.

The UPDATE/HIWORD_UPDATE macros are left as wrappers around the
replacement macros, in order to not rock the boat too much, and keep the
changes easy to review.

The second argument to the ioctl handlers is not a file handle any more.
The standard practice is to name it 'void *priv' in drivers. Many
drivers still name it 'void *fh', and a few use more exotic names.
Replace those more exotic names with 'void *priv' in all media drivers.

The sequence number communicate the lost frames to userspace. For this
reason, it must be incremented even when a frame is skipped. This allows
userspace such as GStreamer to report the loss.

the exact same way to reduce confusion.

For now, the Synopsys HDMI HDMI RX Controller is only supported on
Rockchip RK3588 SoCs. Hence add a dependency on ARCH_ROCKCHIP, to
prevent asking the user about this driver when configuring a kernel
without Rockchip SoC support.

The num_clks is set this way:

	hdmirx_dev-&gt;num_clks = devm_clk_bulk_get_all(dev, &amp;hdmirx_dev-&gt;clks);
        if (hdmirx_dev-&gt;num_clks &lt; 1)
                return -ENODEV;

The devm_clk_bulk_get_all() function returns negative error codes so the
hdmirx_dev-&gt;num_cks variable needs to be signed for the error handling to
work.

The build fails for 32-bit targets with:

  arm-linux-gnueabi-ld: drivers/media/platform/synopsys/hdmirx/snps_hdmirx.o: in function `hdmirx_get_timings':
  snps_hdmirx.c:(.text.hdmirx_get_timings+0x46c): undefined reference to `__aeabi_uldivmod'

bt-&gt;pixelclock is __u64, which causes the compiler to emit a libcall for
64-bit division. Use the optimized kernel helper, div_u64(), to resolve
this.
