[ Upstream commit 942435a62d67035394340cfcbaa534145d638bf0 ]

The Synopsys DesignWare MIPI CSI-2 Receiver is currently only supported
on Rockchip RK3568 SoCs. Hence add a dependency on ARCH_ROCKCHIP, to
prevent asking the user about this driver when configuring a kernel
without Rockchip platform support.

The dependency can be relaxed later, when adding support for appropriate
SoCs from other vendors (if any).

The Synopsys DesignWare MIPI CSI-2 Receiver is a CSI-2 bridge with
one input port and one output port. It receives the data with the
help of an external MIPI PHY (C-PHY or D-PHY) and passes it to e.g.,
the Rockchip Video Capture (VICAP) block on recent Rockchip SoCs.

Add a V4L2 subdevice driver for this unit.

Downstream version of RK3588 U-Boot uses customized TF-A that remaps
HDMIRX hardware interrupt, routing it via firmware that isn't supported
by upstream driver.

Detect broken interrupt and print a clarifying error message about a need
to use open-source TF-A with this driver.

The era of hand-rolled HIWORD_UPDATE macros is over, at least for those
drivers that use constant masks.

Replace the UPDATE macro with bitfield.h's FIELD_PREP, to give us
additional error checking.

Also, replace the HIWORD_UPDATE macro at the same time with the new
FIELD_PREP_WM16 macro in hw_bitfield.h, which also gives us additional
error checking.

The UPDATE/HIWORD_UPDATE macros are left as wrappers around the
replacement macros, in order to not rock the boat too much, and keep the
changes easy to review.

The second argument to the ioctl handlers is not a file handle any more.
The standard practice is to name it 'void *priv' in drivers. Many
drivers still name it 'void *fh', and a few use more exotic names.
Replace those more exotic names with 'void *priv' in all media drivers.
