tty: introduce and use tty_port_tty_vhangup() helper

[ Upstream commit 2b5eac0f8c6e79bc152c8804f9f88d16717013ab ] This code (tty_get -> vhangup -> tty_put) is repeated on few places. Introduce a helper similar to tty_port_tty_hangup() (asynchronous) to handle even vhangup (synchronous). And use it on those places. In fact, reuse the tty_port_tty_hangup()'s code and call tty_vhangup() depending on a new bool parameter. isdn: mISDN: hfcsusb: fix memory leak in hfcsusb_probe()

commit 3f978e3f1570155a1327ffa25f60968bc7b9398f upstream. In hfcsusb_probe(), the memory allocated for ctrl_urb gets leaked when setup_instance() fails with an error code. Fix that by freeing the urb before freeing the hw structure. Also change the error paths to use the goto ladder style. Compile tested only. Issue found using a prototype static analysis tool. mISDN: Fix memory leak in dsp_hwec_enable()

[ Upstream commit 0704a3da7ce50f972e898bbda88d2692a22922d9 ] dsp_hwec_enable() allocates dup pointer by kstrdup(arg), but then it updates dup variable by strsep(&dup, ","). As a result when it calls kfree(dup), the dup variable may be a modified pointer that no longer points to the original allocated memory, causing a memory leak. The issue is the same pattern as fixed in commit c6a502c22999 ("mISDN: Fix memory leak in dsp_pipeline_build()"). no_llseek had been defined to NULL two years ago, in commit 868941b14441 ("fs: remove no_llseek") To quote that commit, At -rc1 we'll need do a mechanical removal of no_llseek - git grep -l -w no_llseek | grep -v porting.rst | while read i; do sed -i '/\/d' $i done would do it. Unfortunately, that hadn't been done. Linus, could you do that now, so that we could finally put that thing to rest? All instances are of the form .llseek = no_llseek, so it's obviously safe.
