<title>Input: ili210x - add support for polling mode</title>

There are designs incorporating Ilitek ILI2xxx touch controller that
do not connect interrupt pin, for example Waveshare 13.3" DSI display.
To support such systems use polling mode for the input device when I2C
client does not have interrupt assigned to it.

Factor out ili210x_firmware_update_noirq() to allow conditional scoped
guard around this code. The scoped guard has to be applied only in case
the IRQ line is connected, and not applied otherwise.

Pull input updates from Dmitry Torokhov:

 - support for NT36672A touchscreen added to novatek-nvt-ts driver

 - a change to ads7846 driver to prevent XPT2046 from locking up

 - a change switching platform input dirves back to using remove()
   method (from remove_new())

 - updates to a number of input drivers to use the new cleanup
   facilities (__free(...), guard(), and scoped-guard()) which ensure
   that the resources and locks are released properly and automatically

 - other assorted driver cleanups and fixes.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

Allocating a contiguous buffer of 64K may fail if memory is sufficiently
fragmented, and may cause OOM kill of an unrelated process. However we
do not need to have contiguous memory. We also do not need to zero
out the buffer since it will be overwritten with firmware data.

Switch to using kvmalloc() instead of kzalloc().
