Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:

- Have no license information of any form

- Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial
 scan/conversion to ignore the file

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

 GPL-2.0-only

Change 0 to NULL in the last argument of request_irq, since the argument
should have pointer type and so that the last argument of request_irq
syntactically matches the second argument of the later call to free_irq.

Make hp680_ts_init/exit() call cancel_delayed_work_sync() instead of
calling cancel_delayed_work() followed by flush_scheduled_work().

This is to prepare for the deprecation and removal of
flush_scheduled_work().

get rid of input BIT* duplicate defines

use newly global defined macros for input layer. Also remove includes of
input.h from non-input sources only for BIT macro definiton. Define the
macro temporarily in local manner, all those local definitons will be
removed further in this patchset (to not break bisecting).
BIT macro will be globally defined (1<<x)

touchscreen driver work properly again. As pointed out by David Howells.
