commit a95ef0199e80f3384eb992889322957d26c00102 upstream.

The "len" variable comes from the firmware and we generally do
trust firmware, but it's always better to double check. If the "len"
is too large it could result in memory corruption when we do
"memcpy(fragment->data, rec->data, len);"

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

Fix calling scoped_cond_guard() with mutex instead of mutex_intr.

scoped_cond_guard(mutex, ...) will call mutex_lock() instead of
mutex_lock_interruptible().

set struct usb_driver->dev_groups pointer to have the driver core
do it.

This case of the common error message upon failure of
input_allocate_device() repeats the word "input".

Drop one "input" from the error message.

It is preferred to use sizeof(*pointer) instead of sizeof(type)
due to the type of the variable can change and one needs not
change the former (unlike the latter). This patch has no effect
on runtime behavior.
