iio: common: scmi_sensors: Get rid of const_ilog2()

Fisrt of all, const_ilog2() was a workaround of some sparse issue, which was never appeared in the C functions. Second, the calls here are done against constants and work with a bit of luck. Remove the now-reduntant explicit call to pm_runtime_mark_last_busy(). Replace calls of devm_kzalloc() with devm_kcalloc() in scmi_alloc_iiodev() and scmi_iio_set_sampling_freq_avail() for safer memory allocation with built-in overflow protection. Similarly, use array_size() instead of explicit multiplication for 'sensor->sensor_info->intervals.count * 2'. iio: common: st_sensors: Fix use of uninitialize device structs

Throughout the various probe functions &indio_dev->dev is used before it is initialized. This caused a kernel panic in st_sensors_power_enable() when the call to devm_regulator_bulk_get_enable() fails and then calls dev_err_probe() with the uninitialized device. This seems to only cause a panic with dev_err_probe(), dev_err(), dev_warn() and dev_info() don't seem to cause a panic, but are fixed as well. ChromeOS EC can report activity information derived from the accelerometer: - Reports on-body/off-body as a proximity event. - Reports significant motion as an activity event. This new sensor is a virtual sensor, included only when the EC firmware is compiled with the appropriate module.
