hwmon: (lm90) Add OF device ID table

The driver doesn't have a struct of_device_id table but supported devices are registered via Device Trees. This is working on the assumption that a I2C device registered via OF will always match a legacy I2C device ID and that the MODALIAS reported will always be of the form i2c:. But this could change in the future so the correct approach is to have an OF device ID table if the devices are registered via OF. hwmon: (lm90) use permission-specific DEVICE_ATTR variants

Use DEVICE_ATTR_RW for read/write attributes. This simplifies the source code, improves readbility, and reduces the chance of inconsistencies. The conversion was done automatically using coccinelle. Since commit commit eb1c8f4325d5 ("hwmon: (lm90) Convert to use new hwmon registration API") the temp1_max_alarm and temp1_crit_alarm attributes are mapped to the same alarm bit. Fix the typo.
