hwmon: (f71805f) use permission-specific DEVICE_ATTR variants

Use DEVICE_ATTR_RO for read-only attributes. This simplifies the source code, improves readbility, and reduces the chance of inconsistencies. The conversion was done automatically using coccinelle.
