[ Upstream commit fc43e9c857b7aa55efba9398419b14d9e35dcc7d ]

hid_debug_events_release releases resources bound to the HID device instance.
hid_device_release releases the underlying HID device instance potentially
before hid_debug_events_release has completed releasing debug resources bound
to the same HID device instance.

Reference count to prevent the HID device instance from being torn down
preemptively when HID debugging support is used. When count reaches zero,
release core resources of HID device instance using hiddev_free.

HUTRR72 added 3 new usage codes for keys that are supposed to enable,
disable and toggle camera access. These are useful, considering many
laptops today have key(s) for toggling access to camera.

This patch adds new key definitions for KEY_CAMERA_ACCESS_ENABLE,
KEY_CAMERA_ACCESS_DISABLE and KEY_CAMERA_ACCESS_TOGGLE. Additionally
hid-debug is adjusted to recognize this new usage codes as well.

The snprintf() limits are complicated and slightly wrong when it does:

	max(0, HID_DEBUG_BUFSIZE - len - 1)

The "- 1" should not be there. It means we can't use the last
byte of the buffer. If we change the first snprintf() to scnprintf()
then we can remove the max().

At the start of the function the strlen(buf) is going always going to
be < HID_DEBUG_BUFSIZE so that is safe. If it were > HID_DEBUG_BUFSIZE
then that would result in a WARN().
