Rename XE_BO_FLAG_SCANOUT to XE_BO_FLAG_FORCE_WC so that the usage of the
flag can legitimately be expanded to more than just the actual frame-
buffer objects.

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Move the DSB buffer handling to the display parent interface, making
display more independent of i915 and xe driver implementations.

Since the DSB parent interface is only called from intel_dsb.c, add the
wrappers there with smaller visibility instead of the usual
intel_parent.[ch], and using struct intel_dsb as the context parameter
for convenience.

Unfortunately, memset() being a macro in linux/fortify-string.h, we
can't use that as the function pointer name. dsb-&gt;memset() would be
using the macro and leading to build failures. Therefore, use .fill()
for the memset() functionality.

Now that struct intel_dsb_buffer is opaque, it can be made unique to
both drivers, and we can drop the unnecessary struct i915_vma part. Only
the struct xe_bo part is needed.

The DSB buffer implementation is really independent of display. Pass
struct drm_device instead of struct intel_crtc to
intel_dsb_buffer_create(), and drop the intel_display_types.h include.

Introduce an xe_bo_create_pin_map_novm() function that does not
take the drm_exec paramenter to simplify the conversion of many
callsites.
For the rest, ensure that the same drm_exec context that was used
for locking the vm is passed down to validation.

Use xe_validation_guard() where appropriate.

- Avoid gotos from within xe_validation_guard(). (Matt Brost)
- Break out the change to pf_provision_vf_lmem8 to a separate
  patch.
- Adapt to signature change of xe_validation_guard().
