Allow to create, enable, disable and destroy VKMS instances using
configfs.

For the moment, it is not possible to add pipeline items, so trying to
enable the device will fail printing an informative error to the log.

Add the required boilerplate to start creating KUnit test.

To run the tests:

    $ ./tools/testing/kunit/kunit.py run \
      --kunitconfig=drivers/gpu/drm/vkms/tests

Call drm_client_setup() to run the kernel's default client setup
for DRM. Set fbdev_probe in struct drm_driver, so that the client
setup can start the common fbdev client.

v5:
- select DRM_CLIENT_SELECTION

This aligns with most other DRM drivers and will allow
us to add new VKMS config options without polluting
the DRM Kconfig.

v3:
 - Change SPDX to GPL-2.0-only to match DRM KConfig
   SPDX (Simon)
