drm: Plumb modifiers through plane init

This is the plumbing for supporting fb modifiers on planes. Modifiers have already been introduced to some extent, but this series will extend this to allow querying modifiers per plane. Based on this, the client to enable optimal modifications for framebuffers. When we use virtio-vga with a big-endian guest, the mouse pointer disappears. To fix that, on big-endian use DRM_FORMAT_BGRA8888 instead of DRM_FORMAT_ARGB8888. I plan to usurp the short name of struct fence for a core kernel struct, and so I need to rename the specialised fence/timeline for DMA operations to make room. A consensus was reached in https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/dri-devel/2016-July/113083.html that making clear this fence applies to DMA operations was a good thing. Since then the patch has grown a bit as usage increases, so hopefully it remains a good thing! If output is NULL it is not permissable to dereference it. So we should leave the respective function in this case. The inconsistency was indicated by cppcheck.
