This is the plumbing for supporting fb modifiers on planes. Modifiers
have already been introduced to some extent, but this series will extend
this to allow querying modifiers per plane. Based on this, the client to
enable optimal modifications for framebuffers.

This patch simply allows the DRM drivers to initialize their list of
supported modifiers upon initializing the plane.

v2: A minor addition from Daniel

v3:
* Updated commit message
* s/INVALID/DRM_FORMAT_MOD_INVALID (Liviu)
* Remove some excess newlines (Liviu)
* Update comment for &gt; 64 modifiers (Liviu)

v4: Minor comment adjustments (Liviu)

v5: Some new platforms added due to rebase

v6: Add some missed plane inits (or maybe they're new - who knows at
this point) (Daniel)

When we use virtio-vga with a big-endian guest,
the mouse pointer disappears.

To fix that, on big-endian use DRM_FORMAT_BGRA8888
instead of DRM_FORMAT_ARGB8888.

<title>dma-buf: Rename struct fence to dma_fence</title>

I plan to usurp the short name of struct fence for a core kernel struct,
and so I need to rename the specialised fence/timeline for DMA
operations to make room.

A consensus was reached in
https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/dri-devel/2016-July/113083.html
that making clear this fence applies to DMA operations was a good thing.
Since then the patch has grown a bit as usage increases, so hopefully it
remains a good thing!

(v2...: rebase, rerun spatch)
v3: Compile on msm, spotted a manual fixup that I broke.
v4: Try again for msm, sorry Daniel

If output is NULL it is not permissable to dereference it.
So we should leave the respective function in this case.

The inconsistency was indicated by cppcheck.
No actual NULL pointer dereference was observed.
