drm: Improve drm_mm search (and fix topdown allocation) with rbtrees

The drm_mm range manager claimed to support top-down insertion, but it was neither searching for the top-most hole that could fit the allocation request nor fitting the request to the hole correctly. In order to search the range efficiently, we create a secondary index for the holes using either their size or their address. This index allows us to find the smallest hole or the hole at the bottom or top of the range efficiently, whilst keeping the hole stack to rapidly service evictions. v2: Search for holes both high and low. This removes the 'write' and 'force' from get_user_pages() and replaces them with 'gup_flags' to make the use of FOLL_FORCE explicit in callers as use of this flag can result in surprising behaviour (and hence bugs) within the mm subsystem. Much better to invert the meaning and rename it to something that's suitably off-putting. drm: Move master pointer from drm_minor to drm_device

There can only be one current master, and it's for the overall device. Render/control minors don't support master-based auth at all. This simplifies the master logic a lot, at least in my eyes: All these additional pointer chases are just confusing. While doing the conversion I spotted some locking fail: - drm_lock/drm_auth check dev->master without holding the master_mutex. We just need a consistent value, so READ_ONCE. PAGE_CACHE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN} macros were introduced *long* time ago with promise that one day it will be possible to implement page cache with bigger chunks than PAGE_SIZE. This promise never materialized. And unlikely will. We have many places where PAGE_CACHE_SIZE assumed to be equal to PAGE_SIZE. And it's constant source of confusion on whether PAGE_CACHE_* or PAGE_* constant should be used in a particular case, especially on the border between fs and mm. Global switching to PAGE_CACHE_SIZE != PAGE_SIZE would cause to much breakage to be doable. Let's stop pretending that pages in page cache are special. They are not. The only adjustment after coccinelle is revert of changes to PAGE_CAHCE_ALIGN definition: we are going to drop it later. There are few places in the code where coccinelle didn't reach. I'll fix them manually in a separate patch. mm/gup: Switch all callers of get_user_pages() to not pass tsk/mm

We will soon modify the vanilla get_user_pages() so it can no longer be used on mm/tasks other than 'current/current->mm', which is by far the most common way it is called. For now, we allow the old-style calls, but warn when they are used. (implemented in previous patch) This patch switches all callers of: get_user_pages() get_user_pages_unlocked() get_user_pages_locked() to stop passing tsk/mm so they will no longer see the warnings.
