Use drm_fb_cma_fbdev_init_with_funcs() and drm_fb_cma_fbdev_fini() which relies on the fact that drm_device holds a pointer to the drm_fb_helper structure. This means that the driver doesn't have to keep track of that. Also use the drm_fb_helper functions directly. Remove todo entry. It's dead code, the core handles all this directly now. The only special case is nouveau and tda988x which used one function for both legacy modeset code and -nv50 atomic world instead of 2 vtables. drm: Plumb modifiers through plane init

This is the plumbing for supporting fb modifiers on planes. Modifiers have already been introduced to some extent, but this series will extend this to allow querying modifiers per plane. Based on this, the client to enable optimal modifications for framebuffers.
